Annual Multi-Cultural Celebration of Life
The time has come to Celebrate our Community Leaders that have made a significant difference in our communities. We will be celebrating there hard, tireless and unselfish work that they continue to contributed to the Health, Safety and general well being of our communities. The Palavra Tree, Inc, Community Collaboration for Economic and Social Change (CCESC) will be honoring each of them at this years Eighth Annual Multi-Cultural Celebration of Life Awards Dinner on Saturday, February 4, 2011 at the Joe and Vi Jacob Center, Market Creek located at 404 Euclid Avenue, San Diego CA 92114. Reception will start at 5:30 p.m., dinner will begin at 6:45 p.m. and the awards will follow.

Health and Science: Zara Marselian, President & CEO, Community Health Centers
Social Services: Mario Lewis, President 100 Strong & Owner, Imperial Barber Shop
Judicial/Law Enforcement: Officer Troy Owens, San Diego Police Department Juvenile Division
Fine Arts: Bryshan J. White, Actor Performing Arts
